Storage is set per workspace, not per account. Start with one workspace for your practice, then create separate workspaces when a project or client needs its own space. Each workspace has its own storage size. We enable workspace creation when we set you up.

A free first month
We enable workspace creation when we set you up, usually the same working day. Your first workspace holds 100 GB for one month.

Order a size when ready
After the first month, we ask once—and never again—whether you want to continue. If you do, choose a storage size and we activate it before invoicing.

A monthly invoice by transfer
Each month, we send you a proper invoice as a PDF. You pay it by SEPA bank transfer from your own bank account.
No card details are collected anywhere in this product, so nothing renews itself behind your back.

Autodesk price €970 per user per year, excluding VAT, as listed by Artaker, an Austrian Autodesk reseller, on 19 September 2026. Syncture charges no VAT. Your own quote from Autodesk may differ.
Forma Design Collaboration also includes Autodesk Docs for document management, and tools for clash detection and design coordination, which Syncture does not have.
Autodesk asks for one subscription per person working in a cloud-workshared model. Revit itself is needed with both, and neither figure counts it.

Before you decide
Which Revit versions does it work with?
Revit 2021 through 2027, which is seven releases. The installer looks for every one of them on the machine and puts the right add-in into each.
Is storage really the whole bill, with nobody charged per person?
Yes. You pay for one of three storage sizes. Everybody you share with, including consultants and the client's project manager, joins for nothing and needs no licence. A twenty-person practice on 1 TB pays €499 a month, which is €24.95 a head.
